Your attitude and beliefs about getting older may play a significant role in your risk of developing major health conditions associated with aging, according to a recent study in The International Journal of Aging and Human Development.
Researchers looked at the perceptions of aging among 244 middle-aged and older adults, focusing on optimism and self-efficacy.
